You are not lazy. You are running a plan that was never built for your body.
Three programs. Two years. A waist that has not moved. In 45 minutes you will know exactly why, and exactly what to do about it for the next four weeks.
$99, applied in full toward your first month of coaching if you enroll inside 14 days.

You keep doing the work. Your body keeps not answering.
- You have run three glute programs and your glutes still are not the part anybody notices.
- On paper you are doing everything right. Training hard, eating clean, tracking. Your body has not answered.
- You have been told to eat less and move more for so long you cannot remember what your body does when it is actually fed.
- Your waist is the width problem, and every program you find is built to make all of you smaller instead of building where it counts.
- Something changed in the last few years and nobody has given you a straight explanation of what.
None of that is a discipline problem. It is a target problem, and you cannot hit a target you have never actually been shown.
This is not a sales call. It is a diagnosis.
Forty-five minutes on your training, your nutrition, your recovery and your hormonal picture, using your history and not a template. I read your intake before we meet, so we do not spend the call getting acquainted. You leave with four things.
A 4-week execution map
Your split, your rep ranges, your protein, your steps. Specific and doable, starting Monday.
Your 90-day roadmap
Your phase named and set: a cut, a lean build, or a recomposition, with clear targets and built around your real calendar. Decided off your history, not your preference.
Your primary physiological lever, named
Underfueling, hormonal dysregulation, or the metabolic pattern you have normalized.
A straight answer
On whether coaching is your right next step. If it is not, I will say so.
Most fitness coaching stops at Level 1. That is the floor, not the work.
Here is how it usually goes. A coach asks what you are looking for. You pay. You get a meal plan, a macro number, and a training program that was written before they knew your name. Nobody tells you why your body stopped responding, because nobody actually looked. That is Level 1, and for a woman who has already been training for years it is not enough.
Level 2 is the why. Why your body is doing what it is doing, what is actually driving it, and what changes because of that. I have not seen another fitness coach hand a woman a document like the one you get here.
Level 1. What most fitness coaches send
- A meal plan.
- A macro number, with no explanation of where it came from.
- A training program that existed before they knew your name.
- Check-ins that adjust the number instead of the reason.
- Nothing at all about your hormones.
Level 2. What you leave with
- A written report, built from your intake, not a template.
- Your bottleneck named, and the physiology underneath it.
- A 4-week execution map with the reasoning behind every number.
- A 90-day roadmap with a decision point at each phase.
- A straight answer on whether coaching is even your next step.
That is not a better version of what you have been sold. It is a different level of work, for less than most coaches charge for the meal plan, and you do not have to take my word for it.
You do not have to take my word for what this produces.
Here is a complete execution map, start to finish, nothing held back. The training, the macros, the recovery protocol, the 90-day roadmap. Written for a composite client, because a real client’s plan is never published.
Read it, and then decide whether $99 is a risk.
Three things, and almost nobody has all three.
I am a nurse practitioner
So your hormones and your labs are part of the plan, not the excuse for why the plan is not working. If something clinical surfaces, I can address it through the medical add-on tier for eligible clients, or point you to the exact labs to run.
I compete
I have been judged, on stage, on the exact shape you are trying to build. I know what the panel rewards and I know what it does not, and that is the difference between training hard and training toward something.
I built this body
I trained it, I lost it to perimenopause, and I rebuilt it. I am not reading you a method out of a textbook. I am handing you the one I ran on myself.
Nurse practitioner licensing applies in VA, AZ, NV, WY, NM, ID, ND, SD, NE and MT. Coaching is available everywhere.
None of them needed to work harder. They needed a different plan.
You go to a doctor for doctor stuff.
“It's an investment for yourself. You go to a doctor for doctor stuff. You go to a therapist for therapist stuff. If you feel like you're in a position where you just can't get it all together or figure it all out, it's a good investment for yourself and your overall health.”
From 10-pound dumbbells to 40. Six months.
“I went from training with 5 to no more than 10lb weights and now I'm between 15lbs and 40lbs on most exercises. I feel way more confident and knowledgeable. Like I went to school or something.”
Calories up from 900 to 1,900. The scale didn't move. Her body did.
She came in eating 900 calories a day and wondering why nothing was changing. We fed the muscle, doubled her intake, and built. Same scale weight. Different body.
Four steps. No mystery.

Your map arrives
Written up and in your inbox. Yours to keep whether or not you ever work with me again.
This works for some women and it is wrong for others.
Book it if
- You are already training and you want to change your shape, not just drop a number.
- You want muscle to be the priority, whichever phase you are in.
- You are willing to eat more than you have been eating.
- You want to know why, not just what.
- You are done running plans that were written for somebody else.
Skip it if
- You want a meal plan and a workout PDF and no conversation.
- You want to crash diet down to a number as fast as possible.
- You want somebody to promise you a number on the scale by a date.
- You are not going to change anything about how you eat.
I would rather you read that and close the tab than pay me $99 for a conversation neither of us wanted to have.
You have already spent more than $99 on a plan you abandoned.
Probably more than once. The programs, the app subscriptions, the supplements you bought because somebody on the internet said they were the missing piece. None of it told you what was actually wrong.
What you are booking is an advanced coaching consult with a clinician. Here is what each piece of it costs at going rates when you buy it on its own.
- A 45-minute consult with a board-certified nurse practitioner, your intake read before the call$250
- A custom 4-week training program built from your history, not a template$100
- A 90-day periodized roadmap: cut, lean build, or recomposition$200
- Macros and protein set from your numbers, not a calculator$150
- Bought separately$700
- You pay$99
And if you enroll inside 14 days, that $99 comes off your first month too, so the session costs you nothing at all.
It comes back to you
The $99 is applied in full toward your first month of Physique Design Coaching if you enroll inside 14 days. Two weeks to work the map and decide while the work is right in front of you. After that the credit is gone and the price is the price.
The questions I get every week.
- Is this just a sales call dressed up as a session?
- No. You get the map whether you ever buy anything else or not. I have told women on this call that they did not need coaching, they needed to eat. That is a real outcome and it happens more than you would think.
- What can 45 minutes actually change?
- Glutes do not grow in 45 minutes. Not yours, not anybody’s. What changes is that you stop guessing. You walk out knowing whether Tuesday’s session is building the shape you want or fighting it. Muscle takes the time it takes. Clarity does not have to.
- I have tried everything. Why would this be different?
- Because you have not run a plan built for the shape you want. You have run plans built for the woman in the ad. Your frame influences your shape, it does not get the final say, and almost every woman can build a shape she is happier in than the one she has now.
- What if I am in perimenopause?
- Then you are exactly who this is for. You cannot out-train a hormone problem, and most coaches will keep writing you harder programs instead of asking why the last one stopped working. I fix the terrain first, then we build.
- Do I have to buy coaching after?
- No. The $99 is applied in full toward your first month if you enroll inside 14 days. If you do not, you keep the map and we part as friends.
- Do I need the Diagnostic to use the app?
- No. The Teardrop Method app stands on its own if you like running your own execution. The Diagnostic is for when you want the plan built around you.
The Diagnostic is the door into every coaching container I run, and the session is where we decide which one is yours. See how coaching works if you want to look first.
Twelve weeks from now is coming either way.
The only question is whether you spend it building or spend it wondering. Forty-five minutes and $99 is what it costs to stop guessing.
